Shampoo

Do It!
) / Apply shampoo to your scalp and massage gently (be careful not to massage too much as this will stimulate the oil-producing glands)
Rinse your hair twice finishing your shower with a cool rinse.

2. Evita di sfregare le radici con forza. /  Don't scratch the scalp.
3. Non usare acqua eccessivamente calda. / Don't use very hot water when washing your hair.
4. Evita i lavaggi troppo frequenti. / Skip the daily shampoo. Two or three times a week is a general rule.

 Balsamo / Conditioner

Do It!
1. Applica il balsamo (solo) sulle punte sfregando bene e lascialo agire almeno 3 minuti.  / Apply the conditioner on the tips and wait for al least 3 minutes.

Don't!
Don't use it too much.
Avoid to put it on your roots.

Asciugare / Dry

Don't!
When drying, avoid rubbing with towels. Did you know that when your hair is wet the chemical bonds that hold hair proteins together are temporarily broken, weakening each strand. For the same reason never brush hair when it's wet. Now you know!

Do It!
Pat gently with a towel to remove excess water and then start using the hair dryer. In summer try to dry it naturally.

Phon / Hair dryer

Do It!
The heat from dryers can cause lasting damage. Use heat protection before you start using your hair dryer.

Don't!
Never use hair dryer too close to the roots and always keep it at least 15cm away from hair.
2. Non usarlo mai al massimo della potenza.  / Don't use it on full power.
If you want to style your hair with a brush, make sure it's partially dry and never totally wet.

Piastra e Arricciacapelli / Flat & Curling Iron

Do It!
Apply heat protection everytime you use heat styling tools.

Don't!
1. Non stirare mai i capelli da bagnati!!! / Never use flat iron or curling iron on wet hair!!!
Stop over-styling your hair and avoid heat styling as much as possible.

Tinta e coloranti / Hair Dye & Colourants

Do It!
Use healthier hair color! There're many popular hair dyes full of harsh damaging chemicals. Chose those with keratin, argan oil and other extracts that protect your hair.
 Keep your hair color looking vibrant and prevent fading with products for dyed hair (shampoo, conditioner, spray)
If you want to change, without risking too much, try semi- permanent color. It's going to disappear after some shampoos.

Don't!
Don't forget to protect your colored hair. Dyed hair is more sensitive and should be adequately hydrated and nourished. 2. / If you dye your hair often avoid too much stress with styling (gel, hairspray, heat styling etc)

Do or Don't ?

Do It! Fai almeno una volta a settimana una maschera nutriente. / Apply a hair mask once a week.
Do It! Usa (sulle PUNTE) oli come quello di Argan o Cocco dopo ogni lavaggio oppure prima o dopo la piega /  Use oils (like Argan or Coconut Oil ) after each washing, where your hair is the driest and most damaged (usually on the ends).
Don't! / Don't do Reverse Shampooing, using shampoo after conditioner.
Do It! / Sunlight fades color and also weakens hair fibers, causing breakage. Use products with UV protection.
Do It! Dormi abbastanza e mangia sano. / Start from the inside by getting enough sleep and eating the right foods.

Don't! / Ease up the tension. Too tight ponytails, buns and braids can strain your scalp and lead to hair loss.
Do It! Se hai i capelli elettrici prova i pettini in legno. / Use wooden combs. Wood does not conduct electricity so it prevents damage from static.
Do It! / Chose the right brush for your hair. Did you know that for each type of hair there is a type of brush?
Do It! / Get a trim every 6-8 weeks to prevent spilt ends.
Don't! Cambialo ogni 2-3 mesi. / Change shampoos regularly (every 2-3 months).
